In our factory, each active ingredient or important intermediates will finally be produced automatically under the control of computer system.

Since beginning of production, all raw materials are filled to vessel by worker labor, all reaction conditions are optimized gradually through one-year testing- production considering all variations in industrial scale. When all factors are clarified, all industrial parameters related to highest production yield ,best quality are obtained, and remain stable in whole process, the computer control system for production are to be worked out accordingly. Whole process will be therefore be manipulated by several workers.

Modern well-equipped laboratory constantly monitor both in-coming raw materials and out-going finished products.

Quality control covers all aspects like sampling , specification and testing as well as organization and release procedures as to ensure that materials are not released for use , not products released for sales or supply until their quality has been judged satisfactorily by written procedure

quality control is not defined to laboratory operation, but also be involved in establish, validated and implement all quality control procedure, for instance , keep sample of materials and products , ensure correct labeling of each batch, ensure monitoring of stability of the products, participate in all investigations of complaint and recall campaign related to the quality of products.
